What If, is a game we've all played from time to time with surprising results.  These to words have the power to challenge our self image or reaffirm it.  These two words can test the boundaries of friendships or end them.  What If, are two words that acquiesce to no one's control.

What if you found your self in the following scenario:

Guttural moans escape the cavernous expanse of his chest through the firm lushness of his lips. Raw-honey blazes from behind lids drawn to half-mast, as the delicate turn of his A-lined nose flares with anticipation. An uneasy excitement radiates down his trembling abs to settle deep within his groin. His resolve stiffens as a pearl of want coats the helm of his manhood. It's really about to happen, his fantasy made manifest, control has never been more difficult.

The sound of the front door as its shut resounds throughout the bedroom. The third has arrived, a predatory curl lifts the corner of your mouth. Weeks ago in an unguarded moment, lulled by the afterglow of a particularly satisfying evening, nestled in his embrace; you passively agreed to this request. He'd already recruited your best friend whose game so long as you're cool with it. The scene is set, all is as he's planned. You introduce a blindfold as an added spice to the mix, and secure it tightly as your best friend enters the room.

An hour is as if only a moment. Kisses are consumed, caresses exchanged, pleas for mercy denied, passions explode and re-ignite, and a conclusion long delayed comes to fruition. The silence that follows both comforts and soothes, all is still except for the rasping of your lover as he labors for breath. Sluggish with sleep and exertion he fumbles as he removes the sweat laden fabric that binds his eyes.

A new surge of passion animates your lover as he springs from the bed in time to see another male pass through the bedroom door. Betrayal and something more primal leave him momentarily indecisive as he's not sure which of you to address first. His decision made by the bang of the front door as its slammed shut, he stalks toward you with a barrage of curses and demands.

Does the lover have a right to be angry?

Who is the one betrayed, and why?

If no one else finds out, does the incident even matter?

Is the lover's sexuality in question because he enjoyed the intimacy in blissful ignorance?
